Our architectural style is more toward the chalet style with a touch of southwest flair.
We do see some stucco, as in a traditional Hacienda look, but they are the exception rather
than the rule!

wood beams and stone. Cedar siding and log siding is also a very popular look.
As you are looking at lots, be sure to keep in mind that a recently passed regulation
requires that lots under .75 acres may require a more expensive septic system called an
"advance treatment system."
